my experience so far on the course
Week 1: When I first started the course, I was a bit nervous, as I didn't know anyone yet. There were 60 people in a Microsoft Teams meeting, and my anxiety about being with so many new people was flaring up a bit. There, I met Priscilla, our tutor and Jakki, who was marking our work and supporting Priscilla in the meetings. After explaining how the course would work and how to log in to the VLE, we started our first course, "ETA L1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre". The first couple of units took a bit to do as we had to use new tools like Canva, which is a virtual whiteboard that you can use as a group to pin ideas and add your own ideas in the form of sticky notes. Canva became our tool when we had to split up into groups to assignments together to do a presentation, and the VLE hub was where we did our written work to complete the assignment we were on and to submit it to be marked.
